Automotive Parts Factory
📍 Chakan MIDC, Pune
High-sensitivity fire detection for paint shop, foam suppression for electrical room, and full hydrant network. Factory occupancy certificate achieved.
Production can’t stop, but a fire will stop it for months. We audit your plant, stores and utilities, give you a prioritised action list and help you close it without disrupting shifts.

Most factory fires start with something ordinary — an overloaded panel, a hot-work job, oily waste, or packaging stacked too close to a heat source. Warehouses add high racks and large stocks of combustible material. A fire audit finds these risks before they cause a shutdown, an injury or an insurance dispute.
Industrial and storage buildings are covered by the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006. Covered units must keep fire systems in working order and submit a maintenance certificate from a Licensed Agency twice a year (Form B); new installations need a compliance certificate (Form A). The Factories Act, 1948 also requires fire precautions in factories. FIRENET covers Pune, PCMC and the MIDC belts of Bhosari, Chakan, Talegaon and Ranjangaon.

Permit systems, welding areas, ovens, dryers, dust and solvent handling.
Fire team, alarms across the plant, assembly points and drill records per shift.
Typical examples of gaps found in audits of similar buildings — not a specific client. Your report lists what we actually find at your site, with photos.
| Area | Typical finding | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Warehouse | Stock stacked up to the sprinkler heads | Sprinklers can’t control the fire |
| Pump house | Diesel pump battery flat; pumps on manual | No water when needed |
| Hydrant ring | Hose boxes empty or used for storage | Delay in firefighting |
| Electrical | Loose cable terminations, missing panel covers | Arcing and fire |
| Flammables | Solvents kept in the production area | Rapid fire spread |
| Shift teams | Night shift not trained or drilled | Slow response |

A practical, room-by-room checklist used by our auditors — so you can check your own building before an audit or a Form B inspection.
Industrial buildings covered by the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006 must submit a maintenance certificate from a Licensed Agency twice a year. Units in MIDC areas deal with the fire authority notified for that area — we help you confirm which applies to your plant.
Yes. Inspections are planned around your shifts. Tests that need a shutdown — for example pump or hydrant flow tests — are scheduled with your maintenance team.
Yes. The report lists each risk with photographs and recommended actions. Insurers and corporate EHS audits often ask for this kind of documented evidence.
