Frequently Asked Questions

Which fire extinguisher is used in a restaurant kitchen? +

A K-Type (wet chemical) extinguisher for the cooking line — it is made for cooking oil and fat fires. Add a fire blanket near the stove, ABC powder near the LPG bank and exits, and CO₂ for the electrical panel.

Why not use water or ABC on a fryer fire? +

Water turns to steam under hot oil and throws burning oil out of the fryer. Powder can knock the flames down but the hot oil can re-ignite. Wet chemical cools the oil and seals it from air.

Do you install kitchen hood suppression systems? +

Yes. We supply, install and service kitchen hood suppression systems with automatic gas shut-off.

Do you refill K-Type extinguishers? +

Yes. Kitchen extinguisher refills are quoted on request — send the size and quantity on WhatsApp.

Is there a minimum order? Do you give bulk prices? +

There is no minimum order. For 10 or more pieces, ask us for a special price.

How do I pay? +

After we confirm your order: UPI, online bank transfer or cheque. Nothing is paid on the website.
