Questions

Is the price ₹450 including GST?

Yes. ₹450 includes GST: ₹381 + ₹69 GST (18%). You get a GST invoice.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free in Pune, PCMC and nearby areas (PIN codes starting 411 and 412, plus Chakan 410501 and Talegaon 410506 / 410507). For the rest of India, delivery is free on orders above ₹15,000; below that we confirm the charge for your PIN code before you pay.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

In Pune and PCMC, the same day to 2 working days depending on stock; elsewhere in India, 2 to 10 working days after we confirm your order.

How do I pay?

After we confirm your order: UPI, online bank transfer or cheque. Nothing is paid on the website.

What is a fire blanket used for?

Small fires in a pan or wok, or a small fire on clothing: the blanket cuts off the air. Pull the tapes sharply, cover the burning pan or item, turn off the heat and leave it in place until everything has cooled.

Where should a fire blanket be kept?

On the wall near the stove but not directly above it, so you can reach it without leaning over the flames — in homes, restaurant kitchens, canteens and labs.

Can a fire blanket be used again?

No. Replace the blanket after it has been used.

What if a product is damaged in transport?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it.
