Which fire extinguisher is used for EV charging points?
A lithium-ion battery extinguisher, kept next to the charging area. Add CO₂ next to the charging panel, and ABC powder for the general parking area.
Can a normal extinguisher put out a lithium battery fire?
A standard extinguisher may knock down the flames, but damaged cells can re-ignite. Purpose-made agents and cooling reduce that risk. Always evacuate and call the fire brigade for a burning battery pack.
Our society is adding EV chargers. What should we do?
Keep lithium battery extinguishers at the charging area, make sure the charger supply and panel are checked, and do not allow charging in staircases or corridors. We can audit the parking and quote in writing.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free in Pune, PCMC and nearby areas (PIN codes starting 411 and 412, plus Chakan 410501 and Talegaon 410506 / 410507). For the rest of India, delivery is free on orders above ₹15,000; below that we confirm the charge for your PIN code before you pay.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order: UPI, online bank transfer or cheque. Nothing is paid on the website.
