Frequently Asked Questions
The Factories Act (for factories), NBC 2016 and sector-specific rules expect periodic fire safety training and mock drills, and the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act requires the fire systems themselves to be maintained and certified. Many fire departments also require documented training records for NOC renewal.
A basic fire awareness session runs 2–3 hours. A comprehensive half-day program (theory + practical + mock drill) runs 4–5 hours. Fire warden training is a half-day programme (about 4 hours). We can split sessions across multiple days for large organisations to avoid operational disruption.
Yes. Every participant who completes the training receives an individual attendance and participation certificate. The organisation receives a master training completion report and, where applicable, a mock drill record — both suitable for submission to inspectors or insurers.
Yes — on-site training at your facility is the most effective option. Our trainer brings all necessary materials and equipment. For live fire practicals, we use a controlled, designated area. Most clients find on-site training more engaging and relevant than classroom-only sessions.
We recommend annual training for all staff, with mock drills every 6 months. New employees should be trained during induction. High-risk facilities (hospitals, schools, warehouses with hazardous materials) may require more frequent sessions.
Minimum batch size is 10 participants. Maximum recommended per session is 50 for classroom/practical, or 200 for a full-facility mock drill. Large organisations can be trained in batches on consecutive days. We offer group discounts for organisations training 100+ employees per year.
