Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to this website and to products and services supplied by Firenet Private Limited (brand name FIRENET), Sarvoday Res, RH-2, opposite Copa Villa Restaurant, Madhuban Colony, Jagtap Dairy, PCMC, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411027, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

  • Product details, photos and specifications are for guidance. The exact model, capacity and standard are confirmed in our quotation or invoice.
  • Fire extinguishers are supplied to relevant Indian Standards and are ISI-marked where applicable.

Quotations, prices and taxes

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices on this website include GST; the GST part is shown next to each price. A quotation shows its own prices and taxes.
  • Delivery is free in Pune, PCMC and nearby areas (PIN codes starting 411 and 412, plus Chakan 410501 and Talegaon 410506 / 410507), and free across India on orders above ₹15,000. Below that, we confirm the delivery charge for your PIN code before you pay.
  • Quotations are valid for the period written on them.
  • An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing or receive payment for it.

Payment

After we confirm your order, payment can be made by UPI, online bank transfer or cheque as stated on the order confirmation or invoice. For projects and contracts, the payment terms in the work order apply.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Services, installation and AMC

  • The scope, schedule and price of services are as written in the quotation, work order or AMC contract.
  • The customer provides safe access to the site, power and water where needed, and the drawings and approvals the work requires.
  • Fire safety equipment must be used and maintained as per the manufacturer’s instructions and relevant standards, with regular servicing and refilling.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Our workmanship warranty for installation work is as stated in the quotation or contract. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, tampering or use beyond the product’s rated life.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
