Where we deliver

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India through logistics and courier partners. In Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, we can also deliver and install with our own team.

Dispatch and delivery time

  • Pune and PCMC: delivered the same day to 2 working days after we confirm your order, depending on stock. Rest of India: dispatched within 2–10 working days after we confirm your order.
  • The time from dispatch to delivery depends on your location; we share the tracking details and the expected delivery date after dispatch.
  • Bulk and project orders are dispatched as per the timeline in the quotation.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free in Pune, PCMC and nearby areas (PIN codes starting 411 and 412, plus Chakan 410501 and Talegaon 410506 / 410507) on every order, and free across India on orders above ₹15,000. For smaller orders outside Pune and PCMC, we confirm the delivery charge for your PIN code before you pay.

Pressurised products

Fire extinguishers are pressurised cylinders. They are usually sent by road (surface transport), as air transport of such items is restricted.

Tracking and receiving

  • We share tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email after dispatch.
  • Please check the package at delivery and report any damage within 7 days, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
